Order Note To Ticket
During checkout clients can add a note to their order. This note is easily missed.
Enabling this powertool will create a new helpdesk ticket when a client adds a note to their order.
Set Up
From the PowerTools dashboard click on the Order Note To Ticket tile:
Ensure the Tool is switched on and click Save:
Options
Subject
The subject of the new ticket. Include the following text to include the order number in the ticket subject: %1$s
Priority
The priority level for the new ticket
Department
The support department for the new ticket
Block Ticket Email
Turn this on to NOT send an email confirmation of the new ticket.
Ticket Pre Text
Custom text you’d like to add the start of the ticket. The order notes will be added after this text
Result
Using the above options the following ticket is created in WHMCS after the order has been placed.
