Client Deny Add Funds

If you have enabled Credit in the WHMCS General Settings, any client can then add Credit to their account. You may want to restrict this so that only certain clients have access to this function.

The Client Deny Add Funds tool stops clients from accessing the Add Funds page in the client area by redirecting them to another page.

Note: Use this in conjunction with the New Client Default Group powertool to stop new clients from adding credit.

Set Up

From the PowerTools dashboard click on the Block Add Funds tile:

Ensure the Tool is switched on and click Save:

Options

Deny These Client Groups

You will see a list of all of your Client Groups (you can create new groups from WHMCS->General Settings->Client Groups)

Switch the Group to ON to block that group.

Redirect To

You must enter a full URL to redirect to (including https://).

A good option would be to redirect the client to your invoices page e.g.:
