No Payment Required

WHMCS requires shoppers to select a payment method even if the order’s value is zero. The No Payment Required PowerTool allows you to provide a no-payment option on zero-value orders.

Set-Up

From the PowerTools dashboard, click on the No Payment Required tile:

Ensure the Tool is switched on and click Save:

You also need to activate the Payment gateway in WHMCS.

In WHMCS, go to the Apps & Integrations page and click on Browse:

From the Categories menu, click on Payments:

Scroll down and click on the UT No Payment tile

Click on the green Activate button.

Make any changes you want to the payment name and click on Save Changes:

From now on, when checking out from your store, if the order value is zero, only the No Payment Required option will be shown. If the value of the order is greater than zero, all other available payments will be shown apart from the No Payment option.
