Fraud To Ticket

Enabling this powertool will create a new helpdesk ticket when a new order does not pass the system fraud check.

Set Up

From the PowerTools dashboard click on the Fraud To Ticket tile:

Ensure the Tool is switched on and click Save:

Options

Subject

The subject of the new ticket.  Include the following text to include the order number in the ticket subject: %1$s

Priority

The priority level for the new ticket

Department

The support department for the new ticket

Block Ticket Email

Turn this on to NOT send an email confirmation of the new ticket.

Ticket Content

The content of the ticket you’d like to send to the client
