Working On A Checklist

The checklist view screen allows you to update tasks and change the settings of the checklist.

You can change the name of the checklist by updating the name box next to the Checklist number:

The info panel shows you an overview of the properties of the checklist.

The items row displays how many tasks are on the checklist and how many have been completed.

You can alter the Deadline and Client Visibility from the options panel:

A checklist can be in one of four states: New, In Progress, Completed or Deleted.
This is displayed above the percentage complete progress bar:

Note: Deleted checklists remain in the historical data but are not visible to clients.

Adding Tasks To A Checklist

When you first create a checklist that isn’t based on a template, it will be empty. If the checklist was created from a template, then the tasks from that template will have been inserted for you.

You can add tasks to the checklist by using the empty add text box at the bottom of the task list.
Enter your task Name, and when you update the checklist, it will be added:

If you want to add multiple new tasks, click the green plus icon to add additional add textboxes:

Click on the Update button to add the new tasks.

Updating Tasks

When viewing a checklist, you can see all of its tasks and their current status:

Each task on a checklist has a status. To change the status, click on the drop next to the task:

Note: When all tasks have been set to Complete, the checklist is updated to be completed automatically.
If a task is set to Deleted, it remains on the checklist but is no longer visible to the client.

You can change the order of the Tasks by adjusting the value in the sort order # column.

To view the status history of a task, click on the History icon:

Notes

You can enter any notes about the checklist into the notes box.
These notes are also visible to the client.

Deleting A Checklist

You can delete a checklist by clicking on the Delete button:

You will be asked to confirm the deletion. A deleted checklist is no longer visible to clients but remains in the historical data.
