Checklist Templates

Checklist templates allow you to create a standard list of tasks for staff to complete a process.

From the main Checklist screen, click on the Templates tab to view the current templates:

Create A Template

From the main Checklists screen, click on the Templates tab and the New Template button.

Type in the Template Name and tick the box if the template will be Active immediately.
Then click on the Create Template button.

Add Tasks To A Template

Click the green plus icon to add as many tasks as required to your template:

Click on the Save Changes button to add the new Tasks.

Edit Template Tasks

Once your template has tasks, you can edit their names, change the display order or delete them from the template:
